We love that we sometimes get a glimpse into your homes and see how our designs thrive. Each piece attains a completely unique character as it moves into a new context. We might request to share these photos/videos on our own channels to inspire others with your stylings. The content will primarily be featured in inspirational flows (New Works by You) on our website, and on our social channels, but it can also be included in the New Works newsletter and other marketing activities.

By approving our request to share your images you: ...give New Works the permission to use your photo in our marketing and/or advertising, including on our website, social channels and marketing materials. ...grant New Works the permission to use your photo until you withdraw your permission.

Photo credit, publicity & the right to withdraw Your instagram account will be directly linked to and your instagram handle is mentioned. You will recieve free publicity on our channels and/or our website. You can withdraw your given permission at any moment in time.

Please note By agreeing to these terms, you give New Works ApS, a Danish company under registration number 36040289, a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide license to use and share your photo for marketing and/or advertising purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the photos. The photo will remain your property at all times and given permission can be withdrawn. If you would like to withdraw your permission send an e-mail to info@newworks.dk and we will remove your photo from our digital channels within 14 days. If we have used your photo in our newsletter and/or marketing materials, it is not possible to remove the photo, but we will not use it again in the future.
